Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification by email.

 

2. Shipping Destinations and Fees

Our European store currently ships to the 22 destinations listed below. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping fees are shown in EUR. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method and product availability. Pre-order delivery schedules are provided separately.

3. Warehouses

Orders normally ship from the nearest warehouse. If purchased items are unavailable there, we may use another warehouse.

 

4. Remote Area Shipping

Remote destinations take longer to deliver to and may incur extra shipping charges. If our system identifies your address as remote, we may email you about the additional amount.

 

5. Import Duties and Taxes

Import duty and tax rules vary by country. Customers often pay no tax. For further information, email service@3dmakerpro.com.

 

6. P.O. Box Addresses

P.O. Box addresses are generally not accepted. If you enter one by mistake, we may email you to request a street address.
